How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Anyone who contacts Biologicalreferred Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How we handled your call or message
  • How we treated your personal information
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one controls its own quotes, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Biologicalreferred Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@biologicalreferred.garden and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened and the outcome you would like

Our Next Steps

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. After that we will look into the matter, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

Not Happy With the Answer?

Reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency, the attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
